How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your order every step of the way.

How fast is dispatch and delivery?

Orders are currently processed and shipped from the UK. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Public holidays may add extra time.

We currently offer the following shipping option:

• UK Tracked Delivery (FREE): Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, ProwisePet ships within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your order hasn't arrived and appears lost in the post, please email us at support@prowisepet.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. If we can confirm the shipping address provided was correct, we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you. We'd also recommend checking with your local delivery office, as they may be holding the parcel.

Please note: if tracking confirms an order was delivered to the address provided, we're unable to take responsibility for a parcel that goes missing after delivery.

My order was returned to sender — what happened?

If a parcel is marked as delivered but goes unclaimed, it may be sent back to us automatically by the courier. In this case, a new shipping charge will apply to have your order resent, unless the return was due to an error on our part.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@prowisepet.com. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we're unable to make changes.
